Scope of Employment
• Monitoring, controlling and operating complex computer systems, networks, applications and/or distributed systems in a multi vendor environment.
• Production batch applications, including developing the operational plan, scheduling and control of batch processing and development of customers scripts.
• Analyzing first level problems for all systems, resolving and routing as appropriate.

Requirements
• At least high school education
• 0,5 year experience on a appropriate positron or IT education
• Knowledge of the English language on communicative level (written, spoken)
• Knowledge of the French language on communicative level (written, spoken)
• Intermediate knowledge of Operating Systems
• Ability to operate well in an international environment, multicultural environment
• Willingness to learn
• Stress resistance and readiness to cooperate
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
