DESCRIPTION
For our Client, international worldwide provider of telecommunication services, we are currently looking for Senior System/Network Engineer to be based in Bratislava- Slovakia.
At this position you will be responsible for:
? Designing, configuring, and supporting the WAN/LAN infrastructures for several accounts (international clients)
? Providing lifecycle management, quality assurance, customer communications and technical/troubleshooting support
? Responsible for traffic engineering, hardware/software configuration, diversity analysis and disaster recovery analysis
? Close coordination with vendors to resolve production problems and to ensure product quality
? Responsible for inventory management, utilization analysis, network implementation and problem management
? Introduction of new technologies to the production environment
? Working on problems of extremly complex scope
? Providing guidance and leadership to the work of others - mentors junior team members
? Leading complex programs or projects
REQUIREMENTS
A perfect Candidate should have:
- University degree in telecommunication, IT science or equivalent,
- Cisco certificates - CCNA, CCNP are required, Checkpoint, Firewalls
- 3 – 5 years of experience on similar position.
- Technical knowledge of Cisco products - routers, switches, etc
- Good understanding of large voice/data networks, network equipment, provisioning, troubleshooting and equipment configurations
- Advanced knowledge of networking protocols and topologies is required
- Strong client interfacing skills
