In this position you would be responsible for communicating with users of Windows 7 and help them with task such as: navigation of the file structures through volumes and folders, launch and quit applications, select portions of text or other items using the mouse, save and print documents and other. We are looking for a personality with positive attitude to IT, willingness to be educated on new technologies and very good communications skills.

•Diagnose the problem and advice on the solution.
•Interact with senior and expert teams on the solutions.
Requirements
•Advanced Swedish.
•Very good communicative English.
•Customer service oriented personality with strong multitasking skills and above average communication skills.
•Interest in IT – as a part of your job you would, for example, navigate users on how to change system settings via control panels or system preferences or how to install and remove applications. You would also be troubleshooting technical problems with Windows 7 and MS Office 2007.
