DESCRIPTION
An international IT company is looking for a junior VoIP specialist, who will be responsible for:
* VoIP and IP Server networks support
* Incidents and outages tracking
* Alarming and outages ticket creating
* 24x7 monitoring and triage of production network elements to ensure timely resolution of network related faults and troubles
* Ticket escalation from external teams monitoring and responding to it
REQUIREMENTS
- Education or experience in networks and basic knowledge of Voice services
-Troubleshooting experience
- Customer and service orientation – good communication skills
-Team working skills - ability to operate well in an international environment, multicultural environment
- Advanced English knowledge (both written and verbal)
- Experience in systems and network monitoring is advantage
- Ability to work in 24/7 shift environment (including nights, weekends and holidays)
- Eager to learn new things
- German or other additional foreign language is a plus
- EU candidates only
