Our client, an international progressive High-Tech manufacturing company, offers a great opportunity to potential candidates to become a part of its global development center as a Field Service Engineer
Job description:
- technical support (troubleshooting), spares availability, technical documentation, and all related activities to comply with customer operations,
- co-ordination with airframes local representatives, Strategic Business Units and team members
- awareness of business opportunities and keeping informed Tech Sales, Direct Sales, Customer Business Managers and EMEAI Leadership
- coordinate necessary actions to fix customer support issues
- highlight any business/customer satisfaction issues and opportunities to designated EMEAI leadership
- support any additional and new customers in EMEAI area at management request
Start: ASAP
Location: Prague
Contract for 8-9 months (possibility for extension)
REQUIREMENTS
*Bachelor degree in technical area
*5 years experience in relatied field
*Computer literacy
*Fluency in English and basic level of German (advantage)
*Ability to read/understand/interpret technical documents
*Customer oriented
*Willingness to travel accross Europe often
*Communication skills
*Self-managing, Self-motivated
