Would you like to work in-house for one of the world leaders in the FMCG Market? Would you like to participate in international projects? For our prominent client, with its European headquarters based in Prague, we are looking for a commercially driven In-house Lawyer.
- General legal support for the Czech business
- Commercial contracts and negotiation with suppliers
- Advisory support in labour law matters
- Legal support for senior company management
- Liaising with external legal advisors
- Development and implementation of compliance programs
- Providing legal support on special pan-European projects
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have:
- University degree
- Fluent English knowledge is a must
- Experience in general legal counsel position is desirable
- Desired specialization in commercial law
- Prior working knowledge of an international FMCG environment is an advantage
- Results oriented personality
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Team player
- Analytical skills
