For an international company, operating all across Europe in the area of modular constructions, we are looking for a qualified candidates to lead one of its branches in Prague
Position: BRANCH MANAGER
You responsibility will be:
*Overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the branch admin, sales and service functions in accordance with international company policies
*Hiring, training and motivation of new sales and technical employees; planning and direction of their work
* Managing branch financial performance, including preparation and maintaining of annual budget and operating plans
* Feedback customers' expectations to the Commercial Director and Country Manager to adapt better to customers needs
* Maintain and reinforce a high customer service level at the branch
* Adapt the branch to the constantly changing market and competitor`s conditions
* Increasing branch yearly revenue and profitability in the region
* Communication with assembly and project management
* Cooperation with other branches and departments in CZ an Europe
REQUIREMENTS
* University degree
* Knowledge in the area of modular constructions or similar (sales or rental of cons. equipment)
* Very good knowledge of local market
* Management skills, experience with leading a business branch and motivation of a sales team
* Excellent presentation and sales skills
* General knowledge of commercial construction process
* Very good command of English
* Experience from international environment preferred
* Strong, goal oriented person
