DESCRIPTION
For our client, an international IT company, we are currently looking for suitable candidates on position of Technical support for telephony.
This person will serve as the focal point related to voice mail applications and will be responsible for:
- Mobility voice mail application including visual voice mail
- 24x7 monitoring and triage of production network elements to ensure timely resolution of network related faults and troubles
- Ticket-based troubleshooting
- System problems resolving
- Preventative maintenance
- Documentation updating
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in data networking or system administration, TCP/IP and IP Routing protocol standards (i.e., OSPF and BGP)
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux systems
- Ability to work under high degree of pressure and time constraint to address production network failures
- Knowledge of cellular telephony advantage
- Team player
- On-call rotation support required
- EU candidates only
