DESCRIPTION
For our important client in Brno we have been currently looking for the right candidate for the role of System Support Engineer
Key responsibilities:
- Providing 2nd level direct phone support to third party
- Provide support for the mobile computing families of products, in the area of design, functionality and technical specifications
- Providing technical training, producing training documents for other team members
- Ensures proper software/hardware diagnostics tools are available and all technical associates utilize test procedures
REQUIREMENTS
* University degree in Computer Science
* Advanced English language for both written and oral communication is reqired
* Minimum 2 years of successful experience at similar position
* Background in Mobile Device technologies including programming in C, C #
* Experience with developing innovative IT solutions for Windows Mobile/Windows CE mobile devices is a plus
* Mobile device configuration via registry keys is an advantage
* Strong problem solving skills and effective communication
