For an international construction company based in Prague, we are looking for and experienced candidate for the position
SITE MANAGER
Your main duties will be:
- on site coordination of constructions and renovations of buildings
- cooperating with project manager
- dealing with state and local authorities
- selection of subcontractors and their coordination
- ensuring project is cost effective and meets agreed budgets, deadlines and quality standards
REQUIREMENTS
* University degree - f. of Civil Engineering
* at least 5 years of experience as a site manager in construction and renovations of buildings
* experience with historical buildings is an advantage
* Fluent CZECH and ENGLISH (communication with foreigners)
* AutoCAD
* Strong interpersonal skills - excellent communication and negotiation skills
