Your task will be:
*Leading and technical mentoring for the R&D team
*Ensuring the cooperation with other R&D centers
*Coordination and supervision of test processes
*Participation at decision making about materials and their suppliers
*Cooperation and communication also with production dept.
*Transfer of knowledge on colleagues in R&D and production
REQUIREMENTS
*University degree or PhD at electrical engineering, energetics
*Experience in development of high- voltage devices
*Knowledge of characteristics of insulation gases SF6, SF4
*Knowledge of testing and simulation methods of high-voltage electrical fields
*Knowledge of high-voltage transformers
*Ability to lead a team
