Do you have an experience with delivering soft skills trainings? Have you got a couching experience? For our client, international company, we are looking for Training Coordinator.
- Collect training needs of employees and design learning strategies
- Deliver soft skills trainings
- Negotiation and selection of training vendors
- Couching and mentoring mangers
- Find and train internal trainers
- Contributing to talent management programmes
- Learning and training administration, responsibility over the training budget
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have:
- Fluent English, ability to train in English
- Experience with facilitation of soft skills trainings minimum 3 years; ideally sales and customer oriented trainings
- Couching experience and training
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Prior experience in big international company
- Orientation in the Czech Learning Market
