As a part of your job you would, for example, navigate users on how to change system settings via control panels or system preferences or how to install and remove applications. You would also be troubleshooting technical problems with Windows 7 and MS Office 2007. We are looking for a personality with positive attitude to IT, willingness to be educated on new technologies and very good communications skills.

•Provide IT support and configure Windows 7.
•Diagnose the problem and advice on the solution.
•Interact with senior and expert teams on the solutions.
Requirements:
•Very good communicative English and Dutch.
•Customer service oriented personality with strong multitasking skills and above average communication skills.
•Interest in IT – as a part of your job you would, for example, navigate users on how to change system settings via control panels or system preferences or how to install and remove applications. You would also be troubleshooting technical problems with Windows 7 and MS Office 2007.
