Customer Service Coordinator for airline business – FRENCH speakers
What are you going to do?
• Provide full support to our customers - world-known airlines
• Phone communication with passengers in the area of luggage claims – incoming & outgoing calls - and providing them with information related to this field
• Suggesting optimal solutions in accordance with internal procedures
• Working with special airline applications
What do we await?
• Excellent knowledge of French language (both written and oral)
• Communicative level of English language
• Willingness to communicate and help customers
• Professionality, punctuality and responsibility
And for that we offer:
