We are looking for suitable candidates for Service Desk unit for German speaking customers.
Responsibilities:
Incident management role according to ITIL process
Communication with German speaking customers
Responsible for quality coordination of German support virtual team
Creating and solving incidents and request according customer requirements and our instructions
Requirements:
independent workstation maintanance
system and software installation
MS Office and IE settings
Firewall and network settings
English skills on advanced level
German skills on advanced level
PC advanced user skills
Basic knowledge of network
