Work assignment:
lead Java developers in technical matter
design and build solutions from customer requirements
We require:
background in Java development and architectural tasks
at least 3 years experience of Java & J2EE development
experience in working with customer
good communication skills
familiar with the technologies like Hibernate, Spring, iBatis, Wicket, Struts…
suitable technical education
spoken and written English
secondary school education or university degree
Advantage:
experience with agile software development methodologies, like Scrum
