TOP POSITION - HR MANAGER – LIBEREC REGION
Key Accountabilities:
• Development of local processes and policies in compliance with company and local standards
• Close contact with heads of business functions to ensure delivery in terms of executing the company Site Business Plan and the aligned HR strategy
• Control of the delivery of the Back Office Functions including Payroll, Data Management including the selection of external partners
• Selection and execution of the staffing strategy for the key site positions
• To improve capability within existing projects/locations through effective learning and development approaches, relevant manpower plans, and remuneration practices.
• To manage succession, performance and development plans to ensure that there is a talent pool that meets immediate, short and long term business requirements.
• To improve the offering that the HR function gives to the business whilst improving productivity, reducing cost burden in conjunction with the HR Shared Services operation.
• To be the focal point in People Involvement Initiatives in Lean Manufacturing.
• Liaise with other Business HR teams
• Lead of negotiations with local unions, labour office local authorities
Requirements/Qualifications:
• Extensive hands on experience as an HR Leader in multinational manufacturing company
• Held senior HR position of influence in a profit and loss environment
• Experience of a multi-site operation, leading field based teams.
• Good understanding of project management processes and function on the matrix organization with a “can do” attitude and a record of strong personal involvement to driving increased business performance.
• Experience in organisation development and change management, values & employee Engagement programmes, lean manufacturing, capability improvement and strong performance management.
• Deep understanding of Employee Relations and front line negotiation skills.
• Has developed and implemented strategic change of a business.
• High level of commercial/financial awareness
• Fluent in Czech and English.
