HR COMMISSION SPECIALIST (IN TOTAL REWARDS SOLUTION CENTER) in Prague
Job description
- Preparing reports to the Pay Manager
- Carry out commission calculations based on input provided by controlling
- Quality control of commission calculations
- Deliver accurate and timely payments instructions
- Prepare and distribute commission statements
- Create quality and service reports
- Perform tasks to agreed Service Levels (e.g. quality and time expectations met)
- Interact with market unit Total Reward Partner, Finance, HR Business Partners and Payroll in order to ensure a smooth commission payment process
- Support continuous improvement in effectiveness and quality of the service and procedures
- Provide 2nd level support for an internal HR help line on related employee queries
- Work on continuous process and tool improvements
Desired profile
- 2-5 year experience in a role with similar responsibilities or within Finance or analytical work
- Preferably experience in an international Shared Service environment or in an international virtual organization
- Experience working with advanced excel tools
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Execution skills, showing operational excellence (planning, organizing and communicating) and systematic working methods
- Natural team player with a strong customer-focus
- Ability to build strong work relationships in a virtual team
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory, Visual Basic for Excel is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of English, written and spoken
- Willingness to acquire deep understanding of SAP’s variable pay policies
