We are now looking for candidates to fill positions in Recruitment function of ExxonMobil's Business Support Centre.

- To support meeting hiring targets for the business functions in UK/Ireland
- To provide recruitment support regarding campus and experienced hiring to the business functions
- To support University Contacting processes to ensure presence in the recruitment marketplace is high
- To manage the applicant tracking system
- To organize interview processes
- Coordination of pre-employment process, initiation of offer letters and monitoring progress of candidate recruitment
- To work as an integral member of the Recruitment CoE Team, within the HR function, and actively support Recruitment initiatives
- Keep appraised of UK/Ireland legislation with regards to Recruitment and ensure processes comply
- To ensure all recruitment processes are fair and objective and encourage equality of opportunity

REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with:
- Native/fluent English language (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills, facilitating relationships with internal business line clients, as well as external contacts, recruitment agencies, vendors and candidates
- Confidence and credibility with a wide range of customers
- Ability to plan and organize work, managing a variety of tasks in parallel to meet deadlines
- Ability to manage an effective working relationship with third parties
- Interpersonal / persuasive skills
- Interest in training, development and facilitation aspects of HR work
- Ability to learn Recruitment/HR policies and advise upon them within a short period
- Strong customer service & quality orientation
