DESCRIPTION
For our client, an international construction company based in Prague, we are looking for a candidate with proper experience for the position:
PROPOSAL MANAGER
Your main tasks wil be:
* Calculating of construction and engineering costs, preparing the bill quantities
* Verification of offer documentation
* Selecting and contacting potential subcontractors
* Analyse of proposal prices and control of received offers
* Monitoring the market prices and updating the database
* Preparation of tenders
* Checking contract documentation
* Coordination with the technical office
* Regular reporting to the company headboard
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Civil Engineering
- At least 5 years working experience as a quantity surveyor or proposal manager in construction companies
- knowledge of prices concerning the construction sector
- computer skills (MS Office)
- Languages required: Czech (fluent) English (fluent),
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Availability to travel occasionaly
