• Provide customer service to customers and provide a path to resolving inquiries
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service
• Educate customers on support options, and the steps being taken to resolve their issue
Your Profile:
• Fluency in German and English
• Excellent communication skills
• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Passion for customer care
• Organizational and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of computers
Start date:- March 2012
