The role – German Software Application Support
- Providing application support for non-standard software applications
- Contacting German speaking customers on applications problems and/ or queries
- Translating source codes and documentation into English (if necessary)
Candidate profile:
- English- advanced + German - communicative
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Technical education or previous technical experience (internship also)
- Knowledge of JAVA or .NET technologies
- Basic understanding of database concepts (Oracle, MySQL, SQL) will be an advantage
