Our client is a leading provider of compact equipment for global construction, landscaping, rental, agriculture, government, grounds maintenance, utility, industrial and mining markets.
Position
Together with our client, we are searching for a NPD Sourcing Manager for their state of the art manufacturing plant close to Prague, Czech Republic.
Tasks
• Leading Sourcing role in NPD projects for assigned operation facility / design centre;
• Deploying the sourcing strategies for all the categories represented in the site portfolio, to ensure progressive planning and implementation of quality, delivery responsiveness and cost-competitive activities of suppliers in NPD projects;
• Assuming responsibility for selection, negotiations and monitoring suppliers’ performance;
• Participating in developing and deploying the sourcing Business Plan for the NPD Projects;
• Providing timely and effective procurement services and value added strategic sourcing solutions to stakeholders;
• Monitoring and influencing supplier behavior and activities to maintain continuous improvement in the supplier's products & services delivery to the business;
• Leading and motivating the NPD sourcing team in achieving targets.
Prefered Education and Experience
• Relevant experience on similar position with focus on Project Management and Team Leading;
• Bachelor Degree (or higher) in technical / economical related fields;
• Fluency in English, Czech knowledge - great asset;
