The role – German Software Application Support:
- Providing application support for non-standard software applications
- Contacting German speaking customers on applications problems and/ or queries
- Translating source codes and documentation into English (if necessary)
Candidate profile:
- Technical experience (including internship)
- Fluent English and German
- Good customer service manner
- Knowledge of JAVA or .NET technologies
***Basic understanding of database concepts (Oracle, MySQL, SQL) will be an advantage
