We are offering outstanding opportunity at one of the IT compnay working in networking opening new office in Brno! This role is for 1st Line & 2nd line engineers to provide support for premium customers.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities in tier 1 and 2:
•Troubleshoot and resolve problems
•Network, Configuration, IOS, Security or Access problems
•Assist your colleagues with excessive volumes of work during busy times
•Logical CPE Problem
•Manage trouble resolution via Access vendors & Internal Partners
Language skills – written and verbal form:
Dutch – fluent
English - communicative
Requirements:
•Experience in networking are
•Cisco CCNA Certification or the current studying for it
•Great overview of PC and IT environment
•Excellent communication skills (Verbal, Written)
•Professionalism at all times
