• Answering calls about installation, maintenance and technological support of multi- vendor IT
• Communication with distance customers in their native language (Russian)
• Organizing the solution of the customers problems, or solving the problems
• Cooperation with IT specialists (English)

Job Requirements:
• Excellent communication and customer care skills
• IT knowledge (hardware, software, applications, connectivity, etc.) – user level.
• Must be fluent in English and Russian
• Stress-resistant, enthusiast and willing to work in a team
• Ability to work 12-hours shifts
• Ability to operate well in an international environment, multicultural environment
• Responsiveness and flexibility, Teamwork skills, High motivation, Learning skills 24/7 shift environment (including nights, weekends and holidays) – if required
• Willingness to learn more in IT area
• Ability to start ASAP
