Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage the Tivoli Infrastructure and the monitored estate by performing regular checks on the Infrastructure servers, resolve issues with gateways, managed nodes etc
• Analyze Problems & escalate to appropriate Levels.
• Monitor Queues & Takes necessary actions
• Perform User Administration tasks like creation / removal of Tivoli admin IDs.
• Create regular reports for Management requirements.
Skills Required
• Knowledge of UNIX/LINUX/Windows Platform
• General Knowledge of Networking concepts
• Good knowledge and Tivoli tools (understanding how Tivoli works)
Advantage skills:
• Tivoli Monitoring
• Tivoli Configuration Manager ( software distribution / Inventory ) 4.1.2 onwards
• Netview
• Tivoli Remote Control 3.8 onward
• Or other Tivoli products and tools
Other requirements:
• English language on communicative level
