We are currently recruiting for the following position with emphasis on language skills in Danish and English. No Czech is required.
Customer Support Representative – Insurance
Job responsibilities include:
- Provide underwriting support to the client (Insurance company)
- Regular renewing of existing insurance contracts, preparation and issuing of new insurance documents, adjusting of existing contracts during the year
- Entering , maintaining and updating data in client's applications
- Searching for additional information in several tools
- Checking and/or calculating premium
- Communication with our client representatives via phone or email (contact people in respective European branches)
- Delivery on required service level (production, timeliness, quality)
- Following of procedures agreed with the client
- Tracking of individual daily production
Requirements for the position are:
- Good level of English, fluency of other European language as per the team needs
- PC literacy
- Communication skills (especially written communication) and ability to build good customer relations
- Previous experience on a position within customer service/insurance is highly desired
- Team player
- Eye for detail, analytical skills
- Stress resistance
