An expanding global Pharmaceutical company is strengthening its operational presence in Czech & Slovak Republics and is looking to appoint a Medical Advisor to provide medical insight into the therapeutic area of Infectious Diseases for their local teams in Prague and Bratislava offices.

Requirements:
- Degree in Medicine or Veterinary (expertise in Infectious Diseases and/or Urology would be a definite advantage)
- Clinical research knowledge (study design, study evaluation, medical writing skills, expert panel conduct, symposium and workshop management, KOL management)
- Good organizational skills with ability to work diligent, accurate and under pressure, alone or as part of a team
- Curiosity and willingness to expand medical/scientific/market knowledge as well as improvement of skill set (self training)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrate leadership skills and to be a role model for others
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team (e.g., Commercial, Clin Development, EU teams, HE, Regulatory, Safety, etc.)
- Prepared to travel locally and internationally (30-50% of working time)
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Tools)
- Fluency in English and Czech/Slovak, both written and spoken
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reporting directly to Medical Director
- Products lifecycle management
- Leading and developing the Local Medical strategy and Medical activities for the products in accordance to internal and external regulations
- Therapeutic Area and/or product specific Medical training
- Management of internal and external relationships within area of responsibility
- Ensuring consistency of Medical content and scientific messages across various tools and materials
