Great opportunity for bi-lingual candidates - English plus Danish.
Our Client is expanding their international Technical Customer Support team and is currently looking for candidates to provide 1st line customer support across Europe, primarily to the customer base in Denmark. You will serve as a point of contact for all IT related issues and will log, assign, escalate and monitor to resolution assigned issues and incidents according to agreed procedures and time lines and SLAs.
Fluent in English and Danish
Outstanding communication skills and excellent phone manners
General knowledge/awareness of IT
Customer service and support skills
Reliable, organised and able to work with minimum supervision
Ability to work in an open, high-pressure, fast international environment
Genuine team player
