We are now recruiting for a German Speaking Telemarketer

Tele PRMs are the responsible account managers for defined business partner in a geographical region. Their task is the support and development of the partners and generating profitable business of the partners as well as the increase of the market share of the partners.
· Active telephone account management of the defined partners
· Identification and promotion of the growth potential for our customer
· Definition of the competitive position of the customer with the partner, increase of the internal market share
· Relations management with the top-management, sales, purchase and IT departments
· Reaching of the agreed targets
· Active control of the information flow from the customer to the partner (product news, promos, events) and vice versa
· Realization of sales and marketing programs with the partners
· Production of a business plans, execution of reviews, adjustment of growth programs
· Support of the targeted achievement by promotion of sales and marketing activities
· Identify, win and realize the partner projects reflecting necessary resources from operations, pre-sales, category marketing and services
· Grow and maintain the product know-how for sales and technology of the partners as well as arranging necessary certifications according to the training plan
· Contact-support to the final customer, partner operations as well as distributors
· Support the partners´ projects by communicating with internal contacts, supply of information and project conditions over defined ways to the maximization of turnover and profit.
· Comprehensive monitoring of the partner performance for the quantitative and qualitative achievement of objective and performance optimization

Candidate profile

Professional skills:
· IT industry knowledge, ideally from partner or customer perspective
· Experience in sales
· Marketing and management or computer science education and/or the comparable practical professional experience
· Orientation in IT-technologies and products
· Execution of assigned tasks on the basis of commercial criteria
· Native level of required language and advanced English knowledge
· Advanced knowledge the standard software solutions (Microsoft Office)
