To support the growth of our activity and to reinforce our newly created Regional Support Centre EMEA, the Regus Group is looking for multilingual & multicultural Exceptions Billing Coordinators.
Working in a truly international environment with fantastic career opportunities available, reporting to the Billing Manager, you will be responsible for the timely performance of the billing exception tracking process according to the high-level audit schedule and for timely execution of the communication and administrative duties connected with the “lockdown” process for billing exceptions in Titan. You will work as part of a billing’s exception team.
To be considered suitable for this role, you will have/be:
• Fluent English plus reading ability in another major EMEA language (Czech not necessarily required).
• Background in a similar workflow auditing role (billing, order management) in an international environment.
• Basic accountings background a plus.
• Attention to detail; highly organised.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Target orientated, able to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with sophisticated software.
• Team player.
