To support the growth of our activity and to reinforce our newly created Regional Support Centre EMEA, the Regus Group is looking for multilingual & multicultural Billing and Contract Manager.
Working in a truly international environment with fantastic career opportunities available, you will be responsible for the overall productivity of the billing function. The main focus is to ensure that the billing department provides a first class service to both clients and centre teams and the department is achieving performance targets, including timescales and accuracy levels.
Key Responsibilities
• To motivate, coach and develop the team to maximise performance and to deliver a high quality service.
• To provide support and resolution to escalated issues from the Billing Team.
• To monitor and record sickness absence and manage issues as appropriate
• To contribute to the on-going development of the Billing Team by sharing knowledge, experience and expertise with other team leaders.
• To recognise opportunities for improvements to procedures and practices by pro-actively offering ideas and solutions.
• To ensure that all billing coordinators maintain a consistently high standard of performance, encouraging positive results and continuous improvement.
• To recruit, train and retain a high performing team.
• To ensure business goals are clearly communicated and understood.
• To establish objectives and targets with direct reports and to communicate performance expectations clearly.
• To agree and review personal development plans on a quarterly basis.
• To monitor performance and provide feedback through regular performance appraisals, counselling/feedback sessions.
• To conduct performance management and where necessary implement disciplinary procedures in line with HR advice.
• To lead, motivate and coach the billings team.
To be considered suitable for this role, you will have/be:
• Previous experience of running an accounts function either part qualified or finalist accountant.
• Previous people management experience coupled with knowledge of billing, accounting processes, controls and reporting.
• Customer service focused at all times with the ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure or continually changing situations.
• Professional communication skills coupled with a flexible and calm approach within a busy and ever-changing work environment.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage priorities and delegation of workflow.
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy in a high-volume processing environment.
• High level of customer service skills with the ability to deal with escalated issues.
• Intermediate level of MS office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and various accountancy packages.
