To support the growth of our activity and to reinforce our newly created Regional Support Centre EMEA, the Regus Group is looking for multilingual & multicultural Sourcing Coordinator (m/f).

Working in a truly international environment with fantastic career opportunities available, you will be responsible for ensuring control of costs and value for money for Regus in accordance with the pre-agreed product lists and service levels in place. As part of the Regus Support Centre, you will field incoming queries by call and email from the Regus centre team members, providing a professional and efficient service answering all queries within a timely manner.

The Sourcing Coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring that all orders are placed with approved suppliers, for approved goods and services, at the approved rates and terms. The Sourcing Coordinator reports to EMEA Sourcing Manager.

To be considered suitable for this role, you will have/be:

• Previous experience within a purchasing role.
• Professional communication skills coupled with a flexible and calm approach within a busy and ever-changing work environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Strong Customer Service skills including the ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure or continually changing situations.
• High level of customer service skills coupled with solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Intermediate level of MS office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent English spoken and written.
