We are currently handling recruitment activities for a IT multilingual & multinational company. They have operational support team in Brno, and may potentially offer a very rewarding job opportunity for the right candidate.
At the moment, we are looking for a new position - Service Desk Analyst with English plus other European language.
In this position, you will...
- provide customer service support for clients applications
- working within your team to ensure that all customers you support are satisfied
- to provide translation to local language
- properly documents all request through internal system
- to conduct all customer’s request in a pleasant way
- reporting of activity
Requirements:
- technical oriented, experienced from this field
- experience from IT area
- friendly, pleasant, and communicative personality
- programming - Java a net is a big plus
- willingness to travel
- good English and other European is required
Location: Czech Republic - Brno
Starting date: Negotiable
Salary level: Negotiable
