A global Pharmaceutical company is looking to appoint an Assistant to provide administrative support to Medical Director and Senior Regulatory Manager.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reporting directly to Medical Director
- Keeping and co-ordinating the agendas of Medical Director and Senior Regulatory Manager
- Logistics concerning correspondence: draft letters and faxes both in English and Czech correspondence filing
- Assurance of local procedures (order forms, payments, cash requests, bookings, travel arrangements)
- Photocopying, phoning and faxing
- Filing documents according to instruction given by Medical Director and Senior Regulatory Officer
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in administrative environment (ideally in pharmaceutical industry)
- Good organizational, interpersonal skills with ability to work diligent, accurate and under pressure, alone or as a part of a team
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office tools)
- Flexibility, curiosity and willingness to improve skill set (self training)
- Fluency in Czech and English languages, both written and spoken
- Good communication and organizational skills
