We are currently searching for an energetic account manager to join a centralised account management team based in Prague.
In this role you will:
- Take responsibility for a portfolio of existing clients
- Manage client requests and build long term relationships
- Pro-actively seek upselling and cross selling opportunities within your client base
- Introduce new products and offers to clients
- Deal with day to day client issues
We Require
- Minimum 18 months continuous experience in sales, customer service, account management or sales for a medium to large company
- Experience working in an IT company environment is a definite advantage
- Proven ability to build relationships remotely (by telephone and email communication)
- Fluent German language skills, and good English language
- We can only offer this position to European Union Passport holders or people with permanent residence in the Czech Republic.
