In this role you will:
- Receive incoming calls and emails from customers
- Answer queries and requests for information regarding product deliveries, financial and other areas
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex queries
- Manage customer complaints and issues
- Log and record customer contact information
We require:
- Good English language, plus Fluent French
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a definite advantage
- The successful person will enjoy daily contact with customers and helping them with their problems
- Good general professional communication skills
- Must have EU passport or Permanent Residency for the Czech Republic
