For our client, international company based in Prague, we are looking for a suitable candidate for position of Customer Support Agent to provide services and support related to educational solution business and technologies. For this role English and Danish (eventually Swedish) is a must.


Responsibilities:
• Handling incoming phone calls, faxes and e-mails
• Providing pre and post sales support
• Delivering Marketing/Sales support to end users
• Managing customer and contact details in the system
• Following up customers requests and
• Reporting and documenting quality issues
• Provide training on segmented information related to products

Requirements:
• High school or university degree - technology related studies are considered an advantage
• English and Danish on advanced level
• Advanced logical and analytic skills
• Good knowledge of mathematics, IT, PC
• Good communication and presentation
• Customer orientation and interest in new technologies
• Independence as well as team player
• Responsibility and sense for quality, positive attitude
• Insight in commerce and financial processes is an asset
