SIEBEL CRM APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST
Respected client of ours, international BPO company, is looking for skilled and experienced specialists to enlarge their team in Brno, Czech Republic. The candidates will provide Level 2 application support for European branches of its corporate client and cooperate with Level 3 offshore support. This opportunity requires willingness to travel for on-site training to the country according to language specification for a period of 3–6 months. Then the job will be located in Brno
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage the support for identified Siebel CRM applications within that country
• Work with L1 Helpdesk and End Users to provide Level 2 support
• Provide L2 functional and technical support to country applications
• Ensure incidents/service request/tickets are resolved within agreed SLA with customer
• Perform regular support activities (e.g. monitoring, running interface jobs, application administration, etc)
• Provide status and metrics reporting
• Travel to countries in Europe to support the application and business needs (10-15% of travel is expected)
• Work closely and co-ordinate with the Client In-Country lead and Offshore team towards effective resolution of tickets
Required Skills:
• Business understanding of CRM - Pharma domain (preferred)
• Prior experience working with Siebel CRM or any CRM package application
• Prior Experience in providing Level 2 support
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Good communication skills in the 2nd language - German, French, Italian
• Excellent team player, analytical and problem solving skills
• 2 - 5 years of practical experience working with Siebel CRM or any other CRM package application
• Technical education (Computer science, Electro engineering or similar) and/or previous experience
