- Maintain good level of performance
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent proficiency & comprehension in English and Finnish
- Customer service experience (travel industry preferred)
- Customer oriented
- Excellent communications skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
