Role: New positions exist for Customer support professionals to join their European team in Brno. The candidate’s main tasks will be:
- Providing support on their range of insurance products via phone and email.
- Elaboration, renewal and adjustment of contracts and related documentation.
- Entering and modifying data on the corporate database in order to keep it efficient and up to date.
Skills: The ideal candidates will possess native level of Danish, with fluent English and will have experience of supporting customers, administration, sales support or organization skills. Candidates that can demonstrate team work and the desire to learn and develop customer and account management skills are preferred.
