For our blue chip, international services and consulting client, we are now looking for an human resources specialist to join their team in Prague
In this role you will:
- Record employee information and answer general queries from employees and managers
- Provide adminsitration support for HR requests (providing holiday records, sickness records, references etc).
- Provide support to managers for employee related events (registering new employees, registering for sickness etc).
- Create and distribute regular reports
- Work in cooperation with senior staff to resolve complex issues
We Require
- Educated at least to college level
- Good English and Fluent Dutch language skills
- Good general IT skills, especially MS Office applications
- Ability to communicate well
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately.
