We are currently seeking a confident and pro-active collections specialist for part of our client's Dutch accounting team here in Prague. The company is a prestigious, international company, with many years of experience, success and dynamic growth
In this role you will:
- Monitor account portfolio, identifying late payments, over credit limit customers and other risks
- Contact corporate customers, proposing solutions, including, agreeing new repayment plans, pro-forma payments etc.
- Update and administrate account information, noting new agreements, contacts etc.
- Monitor and report on bad debts on your ledger
- Report on bad debt write offs
- Ultimately seek to manage and reduce outstanding customer debts and improve payment performance of customers
We Require
- Relevant working experience, in either a financial or customer support role
- Relevant education, including at least some financial subjects
- Good English and fluent Dutch Language skills
- Good general IT skills
- Excellent general communication skills, ability to communicate in a professional and confident manner
- Strong team working ability and ability to work to deadlines
- EU Passport or Permanent Residence for the Czech Republic
