For a large expanding international telecommunications company, we are now looking for a new member of their customer service team. The role will require fluent communication in English and German or Spanish language. You will be joining a stable, multicultural and successful organisation and dealing with customer technical queries from various locations in Europe
In this role you will:
- Receive incoming calls and emails from customers with technical issues
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve problems
- Maintain regular contact with customers until the problem or question is resolved
- Deal with occaisional non technical issues as needed
We require:
- Fluent English language, plus fluency in German or Spanish
- Previous Experience in telephone based customer support
- Proactive personality
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to deliver world class customer service
- Must have EU passport or Permanent Residency for the Czech Republic
