Our client is an international company, leader in the field of development and production of SW, IT systems, data storage systems and IT services. For their dynamic team in BRNO they are currently searching for Customer Service Representative with different language combinations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Taking responsibility for everyday customer support - receiving a customer calls, handling emails
• Ensuring consistent productivity and high quality of service
• Ensuring that all tickets are logged and assigned
• Handling technical queries and fix or log them appropriately reflecting content of the call
• Escalating problems to appropriate level of support
• Monitoring ticket queues
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• High school
• Basic knowledge in apply call handling standards and analyze customer technical requirements (at least 6 months experience is an advantage)
• Basic knowledge in problem solving (at least 6 months experience is an advantage)
COMBINATION OF LANGUAGES
• Very good knowledge of English language
• Very good knowledge of one of the following languages French/German/Dutch language +
