Our client is an international company. For their team in Brno/ Czech Republic they are currently looking for Junior SW analyst / IT analyst (graduates are welcomed too).
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
• Provides low level trouble shooting (major technology for application being JAVA and .Net based)
• Completes tickets
• Facilitates communication between offshore and L1 support
• Facilitates communication between offshore programmers and end users
• Provides translation of tickets that come in from local language to English
• Assists offshore programmers in understanding source code if parts of the same are in local language
• Management of content of technical knowledge databases
• Reporting on local country data on Incidents, Problems, Service requests etc.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• Very good communicative English + fluent knowledge of 1 of the following languages (German/French/Swedish/Norwegian/Italian/Greek/Danish/Portuguese/Dutch)
• Very good IT literacy
• Understanding of Java or .Net on advanced level (not on the level of programming, just reading of the source and understanding of the source code)
• Knowledge of any database– MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle etc.
• Excellent communication skills and pro-customer approach
• Willingness to work in multinational environment
• In case of IT degree, no previous experience needed
• Willingness to travel, also for longer business trip – 3 – 6 months
