RESPONSIBILITES:
*Assisting customers throughout the various phases of this solution deployment, assisting with:
- Process configuration,
- User interface configuration,
- User and supplier set-up and project management
*Acting as a liaison between the customer and other groups such as Technical Support, Sales, Engineering, and Product Management.
*Project planning and monitoring, reporting
*Leading a project team and team development, mentoring, training new members
*Responsibility for customer satisfaction during the successful deployment of solutions, making sure that customers’ requirements were met, monitoring customers’ satisfaction during the deployment phase and even after
*Act as an expert in this delivering solution, market trends mapping, customers´ needs monitoring, communicating these trends to product development/software development teams
*Act as an expert towards customers, customer support and consulting (technical issues, business processes issues, possible future solution features)
*Project are international, it partly requires travelling within Europe
WE REQUIRE:
*University degree, ideally technical degree
*Minimum 3 years experience managing/participating in projects of ERP (or similar solution) deployment
*English advanced level is a must (!)
*French/German or Italian is a big advantage (!)
*Technical skills: Websphere/Weblogic, Linux, JavaSript, XML, Shell Scripting and SQL
*Strong communication and presentation skills
*Strong managerial and organizational skills
*Strong customer orientation, pro-client approach
*Must be an EU citizen
