Our client is Service Centre in Brno which is the specialist for financial, transactional and customer support services. We are now searching for Norwegian, Danish, Swedish for their young and dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
• to deal with inbound calls and emails from external customers (from Nordic countries)
• to provide world class customer service
• to communicate with the sales, warehouse and credit control teams
Requirements:
• fluent at least one of folowing languages: Norwegian, Danish, Swedish
• communicative English (company language)
• experience from customer support environment is an advantage
• flexibility, good communication skills and proactive approach
