For our client, a global IT company, we are looking for candidates for positions of Centralized Technical Support with Spanish and English with following responsibilities:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Supporting the Helpdesk operations via education, providing feedback on quality and by helping with the workload on identified peak times is also needed.&lt;br /&gt;
Knowledge of Spanish is needed as well as experience in a similar technical and/or customer facing role is valued.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
REQUIREMENTS&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
At least 1 year experience in Centralized Technical Support &lt;br /&gt;
Fluent Spanish and English&lt;br /&gt;
Good client focus and communication skills&lt;br /&gt;
Teamplayer and collaboration &lt;br /&gt;
Responsibility and flexibility&lt;br /&gt;
